About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to control, manage, and deliver theERP People and Transformation project planand change deliverables throughout the full project lifecycle. This includes utilising systems and governance arrangements to ensure delivery within agreed timescales, quality, and cost.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver the HR, Payroll, Health & Safety, and Expenses elements of a high-impact ERP Programme.
- Collaborate with the ERP People and Transformation team to modernize the City Corporation and advance our People Strategy.
- Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, recommending improvements to optimise service delivery.
- Manage workstream plans, dependencies, and change controls to ensure seamless execution.
- Deliver a high-quality project on time, within scope, and budget, contributing to organizational modernisation.
What We Are Looking For:
- Project Management Qualification, such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Managing Successful Programmes
- SAP Certified Associate Project Manager - SAP Activate.
- High-level proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint.
